If you are looking for an inverter air conditioner that can maintain cool temperature in a small space, then 1 ton inverter AC is the right choice.
They are perfect for bedrooms or spaces that size up to 120 sq.ft. However, if your house is on 4th floor and above, or have multiple windows with direct sunlight, then go for 1.5 ton inverter AC.
Inverter air conditioners with 1 ton capacity are less expensive and consume less power as well. If you go for 5 star rated model, then power consumption will be even more less (almost equal to air coolers).
Usually, they are priced around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000. Inverter ACs with copper condenser coil cost more than the ones with aluminum condenser. The price range also varies depending on other features like number of modes, refrigerant used, controls, cooling speed and several other factors.
We have mentioned these factors clearly in our “BUYING GUIDE”. Apart from that, we have also picked out the best 1 ton inverter Split ACs in India and listed them below.

First, on our list is a Japanese built 3 stars split AC from Sanyo. The Sanyo SI/SO-10T3SCIA is of copper build and is built for the Indian humid summers with its dehumidifier. It has a low noise level just about 40 dB and all that is available at a very affordable price range.
This air conditioner comes with a copper condenser coil and has an ISEER value of 3.7. Given the 3 star rating, the ISEER value looks promising and gives you the best of the energy savings within the 3-star range.
As for the features, it has a glacier mode of coolness, a PM 2.5 filter for air purification, an eco function and has self-diagnosis features as well. It uses the R32 refrigerant which is more preferable considering its environmental impact. The Hydrophilic fins make the best of the available moisture and give you great airflow. The remote is backlit and has a sleep mode and a timer too.
The annual power consumption for this air conditioner is about 741.94 units. Considering the power rating and the energy prices, this does fall under the economic range and is favourable too.
