1. How can I clean the flour mill properly?

It is a very simple task to clean a flour mill. Most of the manufacturers provide a cleaning brush with the flour mill to clean the machine. Some flour mills even feature an auto vacuum function. It cleans the machine automatically as soon as the grinding process is done. If you still feel that there is a need to clean the miller, you can use a dry cloth and wipe off the interior.

2. Can I grind masalas in the flour mill?

Even though a flour mill can be used to grind any type of grains, it is better if you go through the user manual and check if the machine allows you to grind masalas or not. Some flour mills don’t work on specific thickness of grains and they might not work properly on finer grains. Thus, you can cross-check this factor before buying the machine.

3. Can we use a domestic flour miller for commercial use?

As domestic flour mills are smaller in size, they produce only a limited amount of output. This might or might not be sufficient for the commercial purposes. For commercial use, there are massive flour mills available that can increase the overall efficiency and save your time as well. You can consider buying such machines.

4. Can I buy the spare parts of a flour mill separately?

You can buy the spare parts of your flour mill from the same dealer from where you bought the machine. You can even check if the brand sells these spare parts online. If you think any part of the flour mill is not working fine, you can always buy a new one.

6. Is it safe to buy a flour mill without a door?

Flour mills are loud machines and can be dangerous when they are open. Also, the problem with open flour mills is the powder might scatter all around the flour while grinding. Hence, we suggest buying a flour mill with a door. Such machines even come with an auto-lock or child safety feature. You will not find this feature in open flour mills. The blades present inside the flour mill are very sharp as well as dangerous. As they are used to grind very hard and rough grains, it is better to be careful while handling the machine.
